Our Story
Thor's AC and Heating, LLC
Thor's AC and Heating, LLC was started in the Spring of 2021 in Gilbert, AZ. Although we are a relatively new company, Thor Millsaps has been working in the air conditioning and heating industry for over 15 years. With experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all sorts of HVAC systems, Thor can handle any air conditioning or heating problem, large or small.
Thor started out in air conditioning back in 2006 following the real estate crash in Arizona. After owning and operating a small service company with a good family friend for many years, Thor went to work in Corporate America doing national HVAC account management for several large facilities companies. After gaining valuable experience in the commercial HVAC industry, Thor and his family decided to get back into business for themselves. Situated in Morrison Ranch, in beautiful Gilbert, Arizona, the Millsaps family wants to welcome you as a valuable customer of Thor's AC and Heating, LLC.
