Thor's journey in the air conditioning field began in 2006 following the real estate crisis in Arizona. After co-owning and managing a service business with a close family friend for several years, Thor transitioned to a corporate role, specializing in national HVAC account management for major facilities companies. Drawing from his substantial experience in commercial HVAC, Thor and his family made the decision to return to entrepreneurship.
